Eliel is committed to providing you with the highest level of service and quality. By placing a custom order with us, you are not only agreeing to our terms, but also beginning an exciting process to create best in class cycling apparel based on your design.

DESIGN
The Client will designate one person to be the main contact for the design process.
All orders require a $250 deposit to begin the artwork process. The artwork deposit will be refunded when the order goes to production minus accumulated art fees.
The Deposit covers 3 hours of art time.
The Client is responsible for providing all logos and design elements in vector files before artwork is started, files generally end with .ai / .eps / .pdf.
Logos and design elements that do not meet print quality standards may require additional art time billed at $75 per hour.
The Client is responsible for approval of spelling and/or grammar on all graphic elements.
Eliel will not alter any logos once received unless directed by Client.
Eliel will provide each Client with a standard color chart on one of our fabrics. The Client is responsible for choosing desired colors by name.
A Test Print is part of the design process. The Client’s design is printed on fabric for final color approval. Test Prints are limited to 2 per design. Additional Test Prints can be provided at $50.
The Client assumes all responsibility for improper use of all logos and/or copyrighted material used in the design.
Client is required to approve all logos, placement, colors, and design elements per style before any order or Team Store may proceed.
MINIMUM QUANTITIES
For all new orders, the minimum quantity for custom apparel is ten (10) units per style; except Suits (speed / road / cross) which have a minimum of 6 units, and a total overall value of $3000 (gender can be combined to hit minimums).
Suits can be ordered below minimum with a 50% upcharge
Re-orders require a minimum order of 5 pieces per style.
Re-orders are considered the same style and the same art from original order, and have a total minimum value of $1500. No artwork adjustments can be made, including re-coloring, logo adjustments, additions, subtractions.(gender can be combined to hit minimums).
BULK ORDER POLICIES
Once the artwork is finalized, and final order quantities are determined, the Client pays the order total not including shipping. Shipping will be calculated and charged at the time of shipment.
All orders are final and cannot be adjusted.
Any desired additions after approval of a bulk order would require an additional order that meets standard or re-order minimum policies.
Bulk orders do not qualify for individual sorting or shipping services and are shipped to one location.
If Client requires individual sorting and shipping services, they must use the Team Store process.
TEAM STORE POLICIES
To streamline ordering, sorting, and shipping, Eliel provides an online Team Store service that allows individuals the ability to order, pay, and ship direct their individual custom order.
Team Store orders are subject to the same total value and individual item minimums as a Standard Order.
All Eliel published minimums must be met for each garment placed in a team store.
If the total of individual orders do not meet the minimums for individual items, the Client will be required to purchase the remaining quantity to meet the required minimums.
The Team Store fee includes the individual sorting and packing of all items, but does not include the shipping fees.
Individual team members will be charged for their orders (including applicable taxes, shipping, and fees) at the time of placing the order.
All team store sales are final; no exchanges or returns are allowed.
Individual team members can change sizes by contacting customer service prior to the closing of the store.
Once a store closes all orders are final and no changes can be made.
Team Stores will not be built and cannot be opened until the artwork for all requested items is approved.
DESIGN FEES
Design fees are $75 per hour after the complimentary 2 hour design period.
Each artwork revision accumulates art time billed.
Payment of art fees in full is required prior to placing a bulk order or opening a Team Store.
SALES KIT AND FIT KIT
The Eliel Sales Kit is available with a security deposit prior to ordering.
The Sales Kit contains an assortment of Eliel styles and is used to asses the quality of the gear and help determine styles to order.
We highly recommend an in-person, online, or phone meeting to assist in style review.
Standard Sales Kits are shipped at $315
Upon return of the Sales Kit $300 will be refunded to the card on file.
Ordering a sales kit includes a $15 shipping fee and kits contain a pre-paid return shipping label.
Sales Kits are required to be return shipped within 10 days of receipt.
Sales Kits not returned or with missing items will be invoiced at full MSRP.
Fit Kits are available after an art deposit has been received and the order process has started.
Fit Kits are $50 per style requested.
Ordering a Fit Kit requires a $25 shipping fee and includes a pre-paid return shipping label.
Fit Kits are required to be returned to Eliel within 10 days of receipt.
Fit Kits not returned or with missing items will be invoices at full MSRP.
CANCELLATIONS
All approved custom orders are Final.
If Art Process is not completed within 30 days, you will forfeit your deposit and the process will start over.
All deposit refunds and order shipments are subject to the customer’s prior return of any outstanding Sales Kits.
